| The Company was established by the 1999-2005 manager team of Samara-based Krylya Sovetov – one of Russia's most progressive soccer clubs in those years, a finalist of the 2004 Russian Cup and a bronze-medal winner of the 2004 Russian Championship. In our Krylya Sovetov period, our team promoted a broad understanding of soccer as a sport, a show, a business, and a significant social factor. When with Krylya Sovetov, not less than in sports achievements did we pride ourselves in a steady growth in attendance of the team's matches (during several years, Krylya Sovetov's games were the most visited in Eastern Europe), the popularization of soccer in the region and the popularization of the region through soccer, the development of the club's infrastructure, and our players' individual progress. It was when they played for Krylya Sovetov three members of the team – Alexander Anyukov, Denis Kolodin, and Andrey Karyaka – improved their skills enough to later become part of Russian National Team. At present, the players managed by ProSports Management play for national teams of Russia, Serbia, Ghana, Senegal, Slovakia, Nigeria, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and other.
 While with Krylya Sovetov, our managers gained a broad experience in solving various problems faced by soccer clubs and players, and also obtained a vast network of partners in Europe, South America, and Africa.
